As a Transport Coordinator, you will oversee our logistics operations. You will plan the routes, supervise our team of drivers, and ensure that our fleet is always in tip-top condition. This will keep our services running smoothly and professionally, while giving you more responsibility and impact.
What will you be doing?
- Planning & Coordinating: You will draw up the daily driver schedule, taking into account laws and regulations such as driving and rest times.
- Managing Administration: You will accurately manage tachograph data, permits, and certifications such as Code 95.
- Fleet management: You will monitor the condition of the fleet and schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections in a timely manner.
- Liaising with partners: You will be the first point of contact for drivers, suppliers, garages, and other partners.
- Contributing ideas & improving: You will optimize routes, identify areas for improvement, and advise on new vehicles or processes.
- Leadership: You support drivers, guide their development, and conduct performance and assessment interviews.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience as a driver (C or CE) or in a coordinating role within transport/logistics. Practical knowledge of routes, planning, and transport regulations is a big plus.
- Overview, stress resistance, and communication skills to effectively liaise with drivers and partners.
- Flexibility: you can work in the morning hours and adjust your schedule where necessary.
- Interest in growing in a role with more responsibility, or in using your experience as a coordinator.
What do we offer you?
- Good salary & extras: €3,300 - €3,800 per month based on 40 hours, plus 5.33% end-of-year bonus and 8.33% vacation allowance.
- Flexible working hours: 24 hours per week, with the possibility of extension if you have a C or CE driver's license and still want to drive.
