Laundry Operations

Sorting laundry, handling the folding station or operating our installations - in our facility everyone is essential. The pace is high but so is the team spirit. Together we make sure our clients receive clean linen on time. Regardless of your experience, we’ll help you find the right place to get started and succeed. Through the Lamme Academy and on-the-job-coaching, our laundry serves as a gateway for learning, development and growth.

Transport

Our drivers are the face of Lamme. They’re on the road early and drive a variety of itineraries. From city to city trips as well as all over the country. Making sure our linen arrives on time. You operate independently, but always as part of a team. Together with your colleagues you make sure the operation runs smoothly. Do you have a good sense of responsibility and enjoy driving a truck? Then you are a perfect fit for our team.

Team Coordination and Administration

Cooperation is crucial at Lamme. Our administrative and management colleagues play a key role in ensuring that our operations have the right tools and support to run smoothly. You are key to our daily operations. You cooperate with colleagues in the laundry, on the road, and in the office. We are looking for workers who are also thinkers. Smart solutions, process optimization, and connecting people: that is what this job is all about.

Technical Services

Technical Services is about more than just tinkering. Our mechanics combine mechanical insight with knowledge of software, sensors and control technology. They understand how the machines are put together and how they are digitally controlled. That makes the work both varied and challenging. Our mechanics have the room to work independently, to solve problems and above all: to suggest and realise improvements. Automation plays an increasingly important role in our laundries - and we especially challenge the new generation of technicians to think along with us and build the future.
