At Lamme Textile Management, you have the unique opportunity to become part of our Technical Department, even if you have no previous experience. All we need is your motivation – we’ll teach you the rest!
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same in our Technical Department. You’ll learn on the job, working with real machines and systems. Your tasks may include:
- Welding
- Electrical engineering
- PLC technology
- Steam and condensate systems
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
You’ll get hands-on experience, solve problems and develop technical skills that will benefit you for years to come.
Who are you?
You’re curious, energetic and enjoy working with your hands. You also:
- Are at least 16 years old
- Are generally available on Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00 (sometimes until 17:00)
- Can work additional hours during school holidays or on days off
- Have a hands-on attitude and enjoy getting things done
- Like tinkering with things, such as mopeds, scooters or appliances
- Speak Dutch or English
- Have an interest in technology or electrical engineering

- An on-call contract with an all-inclusive hourly wage (between €8 and €16, depending on your age)
