Inclusive employer

Lamme employs more than 500 people, from many different backgrounds. Amongst them are people of all ages, from more than 30 different nationalities, and with many different stories and backgrounds. Since 2008 we have also been working closely with several social enterprises that support and guide people with a distance to the labour market to find a suitable job. Lamme Academy

Employees at Lamme have the possibility to develop and grow within our organisation. Via our Lamme Academy we offer opportunities for training and education, about all facets of our business and industry, to anyone who wants to learn and move up.

We value loyalty and rely on our experienced employees to continue expanding our knowledge and expertise. We take pride in the many employees who have grown with us over the years, with some being part of our journey for more than four decades.

Language training

Clear communication is essential within an industrial setting. That’s why Lamme offers language training to its crew. These courses improve safety, teamwork, and understanding on the work floor, and also support integration and confidence in daily life. It’s an investment in our people, both at work and beyond.
