About Napking
Napking is the premium label of Lamme Textile Management and the specialist in high-quality textiles for the hospitality industry. With our luxury table linen and napkins, we help restaurants create the perfect experience every day. At Napking, everything revolves around quality, style, and customer focus; and as a Shift Leader, you contribute directly to this.
What will you be doing?
- As Shift Leader, you are the point of contact and the driving force behind our production hall. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This means that you:
- Coordinate and distribute the work on the floor so that production runs according to schedule and quality requirements;
- Manage captains, production workers, and drivers and help them get the best out of themselves;
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and make immediate adjustments if necessary;
- Monitor and comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations;
- Identify malfunctions and resolve minor technical problems yourself—or contact technical services in a timely manner;
- Actively contribute ideas for process improvements and inspire the team to continuously grow;
- Regularly participate in the process yourself when necessary.
- In short: you maintain an overview, create calm in the workplace, and take action when the situation requires it.
What do we expect from you?
- You are a natural leader: committed, approachable, and clear. You enjoy managing people, but also working together with them. Furthermore:
- You have an MBO level education and about 5 years of experience in a production environment;
- You are able to switch gears quickly, set priorities, and remain calm in busy situations;
- You have technical insight and can resolve minor malfunctions independently;
- You speak Dutch and English well;
- You are familiar with the Lean philosophy or are willing to learn more about it;
- You are responsible, flexible, and results-oriented.
What we offer you:
You will be part of a close-knit team with an open, informal atmosphere. There is room for your ideas, your efforts will be recognized, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a professional organization. Of course, we also offer excellent conditions:
- A one-year contract for 40 hours per week, with the prospect of permanent employment;
- An attractive salary between €3,500 and €4,200 per month (based on 40 hours);

- 25 vacation days per year (based on 40 hours) and 8.33% vacation pay;
- A solid pension plan in which we pay 2/3 of the premium.
