On June 26,2026, Lamme welcomed a special addition to its fleet: our new fully electric Mercedes-BenzeActros. With this investment, we are taking an important step forward in our ambition to further improve the sustainability of our logistics operations and prepare our business for the future.
This new electric truck will be deployed at our Schiphol location, where we work for airline companies. The fully electric eActros operates with zero emissions and offers a driving range of approximately 500 kilometers. In addition, it can be charged quickly, going from 20% to 80% battery capacityin just 30 minutes.
As the truck will primarily operate at Schiphol Airport, there was one important requirement: the vehicle could not exceed a height of 380 cm, ensuring it can safely operate within the airport’s infrastructure restrictions.
We are proud to add this innovative electric vehicle to our fleet and look forward to driving many sustainable kilometers every day.
